Elena’s work is always about political participation. It’s about campaigns that mobilise people, events that inspire people to get involved, and democracy as an experience of community for all. As a political strategist, she combines analytical thinking with strong operational skills – from developing focused narratives and community building to fundraising, events and digital communication.
In her political work, she is interested in issues of voice and participation for marginalised groups, Europe as a vision for Switzerland, and fostering social cohesion – always with the aim of creating formats that resonate emotionally and are committed to innovation.
