Volt Switzerland is a political association based in Switzerland and processes personal data of natural persons resident in Switzerland. Volt Switzerland is therefore subject to this Swiss Federal Law on Data Protection nDSG SR 235.1 Stand September 2023.

Volt Switzerland discloses personal data to the umbrella organization Volt Europe. All members are primarily members of Volt Europe and will be informed about the collection of personal data by Volt Switzerland and Volt Europe when they register.
