As City Lead, you’ll build up Volt’s local presence in your city and lead the local team. You’ll organise events and local campaigns, foster a sense of community amongst members, and align local activities with the national strategy.

As Comms Lead, you’ll be the voice of Volt Switzerland, managing all our external communications via social media, the press and our website. You’ll transform complex political content into engaging messages and coordinate your team to ensure a consistent, effective media presence.

As Community Lead, you’ll be responsible for growing and supporting our membership base, as well as coordinating local teams across Switzerland. You’ll manage the involvement of volunteers, support the establishment of new chapters and ensure a unified, motivating culture in line with our national strategy.

As Policy Lead, you will lead the policy work at Volt Switzerland and translate the European vision into concrete Swiss policy positions. You will coordinate the research team, oversee the drafting of position papers, and ensure the quality and consistency of our policy statements.
