Elias is 23 years old and studies economics in St. Gallen. As treasurer for Volt, he is responsible for the party’s financial strategy. This includes budget planning as well as figuring out how a young movement can grow without becoming dependent on individual donors. After all, a political movement that insists on facts must also be structured in such a way that it can afford to do so.
